Rico Designs does not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully before making a purchase.
SIZING ISSUES
Bracelets & Anklets
If you selected the wrong size, contact us via email to arrange a resize.

A $15 remake fee applies.

If a larger size is needed, you’ll be charged for the additional materials used.

No refunds or credit will be issued for sizing errors.
As all items are handmade to order, your piece will be dismantled and remade. This requires more materials. Please measure carefully before ordering.
Rings
Rings cannot be resized.

If you ordered the wrong size, an exchange may be possible if the correct size is still in stock.

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

If your size is unavailable, a credit note will be issued.

Rings must be unworn and returned in original packaging, free of scratches or signs of wear.
CUSTOM & HAND-STAMPED ITEMS
Custom pieces (e.g. Initial Impact Rings, Fingerprint Jewellery, Attributes Necklace, Lana Bangle, Solar Bangle) are made to your specifications and cannot be returned or exchanged, even if the wrong size is selected. Measure carefully before placing your order.
GEMSTONE PREFERENCES
If you’re unhappy with the gemstone selected, this is considered subjective. You’re welcome to send your piece back to be remade with a different stone.

Note: Rings cannot be remade, but an exchange may be possible depending on availability.
DEFECTIVE OR FAULTY ITEMS
We inspect all items prior to shipping. If you believe your item has a manufacturing fault, contact us within 6 weeks of purchase.

For non-ring items: We’ll repair or remake your piece. If parts are missing, replacements may incur an additional charge.

For rings: We will exchange the item if the same design and size is available. If not, we’ll issue a credit note.

Stone rings: You must notify us of any faults within a few days of receiving the item. Damage reported after this window is likely from wear and is not covered.
Note: Wear and tear or damage caused after receipt is not considered a fault.
WHAT IS NOT A MANUFACTURING FAULT?

Tarnishing or discoloration of silver

Damage from exposure to chemicals or pools or over time exposure to water.

Cord, elastic, or chain breakage after 6 weeks

Bent claws or broken settings

Misshaped or scratched items from use or storage

Cracked, chipped, or missing stones due to impact
STERLING SILVER CARE
Sterling silver is delicate and prone to tarnish and breakage if not cared for. To prolong the life of your jewellery:

Avoid pools, perfume, cosmetics, and chemicals. Any piece made onto a wire should avoid exposure to water.

Store in an airtight bag in a cool, dry place

Clean as per our silver care instructions
JEWELLERY REFRESH SERVICE
Want to revive a well-loved piece? Rico Designs offers a restringing and tightening service for older pieces.

Base fee: $15 + any added materials + return shipping ($11)

Please note: We do not repair non-Rico Designs jewellery.
RETURNS PROCESS

Use trackable shipping. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Do not use letter envelopes – use padded or Australia Post satchels.
